Conroy is Green Block Development’s lead strategist for new construction and renovation projects, driving the organization’s commitment to sustainable building methods. With over 15 years of management experience and a strong focus on customer satisfaction, he plays a vital role in reviewing renderings and blueprints, conducting feasibility analyses, and overseeing funding sources, site acquisition, and all aspects of pre-development. Conroy works closely with a wide range of stakeholders—including architects, designers, contractors, community leaders, and local government officials—to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

An analytical problem-solver, Conroy specializes in streamlining operations, resolving challenges, and enhancing efficiency. Known for his ability to establish positive rapport with clients and team members, he effectively delegates tasks and motivates colleagues to uphold Green Block Development’s high standards. His extensive construction background includes 12 years of remodeling work, four years of container home building, and over 35 residential home fix-and-flips, in addition to four commercial building projects. Whether wielding hand tools or operating heavy machinery, Conroy’s hands-on expertise and goal-oriented leadership drive Green Block Development’s mission of affordable, innovative construction.

 As Chief Development and Acquisition Officer of The Green Block Development Group, Mr. Ferguson is in- charge of day-to-day oversight and management of Real Estate Development, Acquisitions and Advisory of Construction Management and Operations for GBDG. During his tenure with The Green Block Development Group. Mr. Ferguson has developed and Managed over $200 Million in Commercial and Residential Construction and Acquisitions of multi-family housing units , 5000-square-foot retail/ office property and Storage Units in AL, SC, GA. Prior to joining The GBDG Mr. Ferguson has also served as Chief Construction and Development officer.  In this position he was responsible for overall development of Multiple ground up projects throughout the Atlanta Metro areas including the retrofit construction and installation of the Macon-Bibb County LED Electrical  projects worth over 5 million dollars and advisor to the Caribbean WI Island’s construction Developments Projects.  

 Rea is responsible for advancing the strategic business and asset management plans for the company's portfolio. 

She is responsible for the development and implementation of company policies and procedures geared to drive operational efficiency and profitability. 

Rea has over 16 years in commercial Real Estate and has experience in operations, asset management and risk management. She possess a strong background in process improvement and operational efficiency. She holds industry certifications with IREM, CHAM and NAHB.  Rea is also a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Georgia.

 Driven by a passion for real estate, I’m actively growing my knowledge and network in multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use properties. As part of a real estate group based in Georgia, I contribute to deal analysis, underwriting, securing capital, and supporting successful transactions across Canada and now expanding into the U.S. I’m focused on learning from experienced partners, building strong investor relationships, and refining my skills to create lasting value in every opportunity I pursue.  

 Trudy joins Green Block Development as Vice President of Communications, bringing a dynamic background in culture, society, technology, and tourism. An accomplished Project and Insights Leader, her skill set spans analytical research—including consumer, data, market, and systems analyses—as well as servant leadership and effective communication.

Trudy has broad range of technical proficiencies in asset management, network architecture and infrastructure, program and project management, qualitative and quantitative research, SaaS implementation, strategic technology management, and workforce management. She holds both the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) credential, underscoring her dedication to delivering projects efficiently and strategically.

 Her multifaceted expertise positions her to lead Green Block Development’s communications strategy, supporting the company’s  initiatives and fostering meaningful stakeholder engagement.
